Service
Storefronts built from the product page outwards, because that is the page that decides whether you make money.
Most ecommerce effort goes into the homepage, which rarely sells anything. The product page does — and it does it by answering objections in the order a real buyer raises them: what exactly is in it, why this rather than the cheaper one, what happens if it does not work, and when does it arrive.
Stores lose sales at the point where a buyer has a question the page does not answer. They go and look for the answer elsewhere, and elsewhere is usually a competitor.
We build the product page as the centre of the store and treat everything else as a route into it. The buy box stays short and decisive; the persuasion is carried by dedicated sections beneath it, so a buyer who is already convinced is never made to scroll past an argument they do not need.
For Apex Longevity that meant a supply selector so the quantity decision happens before the checkout rather than inside it, a subscribe-and-save option presented so the recurring choice is visibly the better value, and a science section carrying the detail that a sceptical buyer in that category genuinely wants.
