What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
Creatives Hub is a web design studio working with businesses across the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at creativeshub8@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form on our contact page:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- Which service you are interested in
- Whatever you write in the message field
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use these details for one thing: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver work for you. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — you contacted a business asking it to get in touch, and replying is what you would reasonably expect. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the basis becomes performance of a contract.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it
Two service providers handle data on our behalf, both under contract:
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, as a necessary part of serving and securing the site.
- Resend — delivers the enquiry form submission to our inbox as an email.
These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they operate under transfer mechanisms recognised by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the records for six years after the end of the engagement, because tax and contract law requires it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our host and then rotated out.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you have not been shown a banner. See the cookie policy for the detail.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us processing it. You can also ask for it in a portable format.
Email creativeshub8@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
