Most agencies will not give you a number until the second call. Here are ours — and where a fixed price would be a guess, we say that instead of inventing one.

Beyond the packages.
When a template is not the right answer — custom functionality, an ecommerce build, a site that has to integrate with what you already run — we scope it properly and quote a fixed price before anything starts.

Questions
What people ask about price
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The number on this page is the number you pay for the scope described. If you decide mid-build that you want more pages or an extra feature, we tell you the cost before doing the work rather than adding it to an invoice afterwards.
What does the 50% deposit cover?
It books your build slot in the schedule and covers the work up to your preview link. The balance is due when the site goes live, so you see the finished site before paying the rest.
Are there any ongoing costs I should know about?
Two: your domain name, which is typically £10 to £15 a year paid directly to the registrar and owned by you, and a care plan from £25 a month if you want us to host and maintain the site. Neither is hidden and neither is compulsory.
Why is ecommerce not on this page?
Because a fixed price for ecommerce would be dishonest. The work depends on how many products you have, whether you need subscriptions, what you are migrating from and what has to integrate. It is scoped after a call and then quoted as a fixed price before anything starts.
Do you offer payment plans?
The standard terms are 50% to book and 50% at launch. If that does not work for your cash flow, say so on the call — it is a conversation, not a policy.
Not sure which package fits?
Tell us your trade and your town on a ten-minute call and we will tell you which one it is — including if the answer is the cheapest one.
